How do I view the bridal list?

We will be pleased to provide you with an up to date Bridal list by phone, fax or email. Please ask a member of staff for details.

Can I order by telephone?

yes, this is probably the easiest way to purchase; simply call the Cardiff store on 029 2023 1055 and ask for the bridal registry.

If i'm ordering by phone how do I choose my gift?

Once we know how much you would like to spend, your Bridal Adviser will offer a selection of items from the list created by the Bride and Groom. You then specify which gift you would like and it is reserved in your name and, to avoid duplication, the item is then removed from the list. You can obtain a bridal list by either post, fax or phone.

How do I pay?

When ordering by phone you can use FraserCard, Switch, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The Bridal Advisor will then take your number together with your details and you will receive a receipt shortly afterwards.

Can I visit the store in person?

Yes. You can visit any of our stores (listed below) to view a copy of the brida and Groom's list. You can choose a gift and either leave it for us to deliver or, if you prefer, you can of course take it with you. We will be pleased to gift wrap, where available, the item for you for a small additional charge.

How will the Bride and Groom receive my gift?

Your gift will be stored, labelled and then delivered to the happy couple at their convenience either before or after the wedding.

What happens if my gift is not available?

Whilst we endeavour to supply the gift of your choice, we cannot guarantee availability of stock or range continuation. Should this be the case we will contact you to re-select from the list, or gift couchers (with permission) shall be issued to the bridal couple on your behalf.
